My future job
This is a really difficult question to me because i do not have an ideal job to do for the rest of my life, quite the opposite, one of the reasons I am studying anthropology is because there are a lot of possibilities to work in many different areas, and that allows me to work on different stuff for the rest of my life instead of only one.


If you forced me to choose a future job I will choose the typical anthropology job (or the ideal picture, I think, of an anthropologist): work with different communities, know them, study them, live with them and try to involve myself with their customs. Today I think no one would pay me for doing that, because it is like an obsolete job, but I can dream here because is my blog. It is like a job where you learn a lot of other cultures with the objective that the other people know about them and their way of like, what they believe and many other differences you can notice between cultures.


Other reason I choose this career, leaving aside my, like intellectual capacities and preferences, is because I don’t want to work in the city, even less on an office, I dream to have the chance to travel a lot and know a lot of people.

People with pets are better human beings.  As we are talking of having pets,  we can divided the world in two types of people: people who like having pets, and people who do not. Winter Holidays My winter holidays use to be really calm weeks where I can sleep and watch TV, but there also means read something to school and stuff like that, but they are especially weeks to rest. And these weeks are really necessary, I have always thought that everybody needs these vacations, and also need more in summer (I mean for people that work and only have 15 days). I am sure that now, as I entered to college, things are going to change, and probably I would never have again 2 normal weeks, because of the strikes and in the future because normal workers don’t have winter holidays, so I have to thank of all these years with vacations (sad face). MY BIO DATA

As I am just studying on my first year of anthropology I have no academic experience to talk about, but instead of that I am going to write of other things of myself and what I have done. I am 19 years old, and I have worked twice, the last two summers. The first work I had was helping my father with a lot of projects that he had to check, the work was all December and January. It wasn’t that hard because I do it on my home and because my boss was my dad.  The second job was on my aunt’s restaurant on Chaitén, I helped her in the kitchen and also as a waitress, this job was more serious, was all February and it meant to travel far of my home. I think I can consider this as an achievement, being away of my home for a month to work, I also learned a lot, it was a really good journey. Now I am on the second semester of my first college year, I hope I can end the career and become a social anthropologist, and also study something different, like decoration.
